You must join the Buyer's Club before you can place an order. After your membership has been approved please do the following to place an order.
 

  • Please click on the "Buyer's Club" link/button. You will be prompted for your username and password. This will be the username and password you chose when you registered for the Buyer's Club.
     
  • When you registered for the Buyer's Club your information was automatically entered into the Buyer's Club shopping cart/online store. The username and password you used when you signed up for the Buyer's Club will allow you to access your shopping cart/online store account.
     
  • Click on the category which you’re interested.
     
  • Browse the available products, put the quantity you want and make your selections by clicking the add to cart button.
     
  • At this point you will be shown the current products in your Shopping cart and a current total.
     
  • If you wish to continue shopping click the continue button.
     
  • If you wish to check-out at this time just click the check-out button.
     
  • Choose your method of payment and click on the secure link.
     
  • At this time fill out the necessary information for credit card purchase or if you have chosen PayPal click on the PayPal button to complete payment.
     
  • You will be sent an email to confirm your order.

  • Shipping is through USPS and is automatically figured according to weight, this applies to US only.
     
  • Overseas shipping charges will be figured according to weight and destination.
     

After an overseas order has been placed an email will be sent with total including shipping and a request to confirm. After confirmation and payment order will be shipped.

Products purchased from R and J International that are in stock will be shipped upon receipt and processing of payment or credit card approval. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Products not in stock usually ship within 10 days.

Orders are shipped USPS and a tracking number provided when package is shipped.

R and J International has a 15 day money back return policy. No questions asked. Only Item cost is refundable . Shipping cost are non-refundable, and customer pays return shipping.

  • Send us your graphic logo design.
     
  • Choose the lighter type or other Zippo Product you want your logo on.
     
  • A sample graphic with your logo will be sent via email for your approval.
     
  • After approval and payment received order will be placed.
     
  • Usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to complete order.
